Elevators

All elevators are secured after business hours, you must have an access card or key fob to use them. If you need to use the service elevator after normal business hours or on weekends, please submit a request in JBG SMITH Connect or contact the Property Management Team.

 

Passenger Elevator(s): There are five passenger elevators; one elevator is used for tenants and deliveries. All the elevators are secured 24 hours a day so you must have an access badge to use them.

  • Weight limit : 3,500 lbs
  • Height limit : 9 ft 2 inches

 

The passenger elevators are not to be used for moving and/or deliveries.
